The team behind Distortion have been drawn from TV, Film, Theatre, and live events. They have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world writing, directing, and producing award winning content for over 30 years.
Steve Garratt
Steve Garratt is an award-winning Writer and Director. He is a creative polymath, having worked in theatre, live events, Television and animation around the world. Before heading up the creative team at Distortion he was the Creative Director for Studio Giggle for 15 years. Steve has a talent for storytelling, narrative design and the creation of imaginative and rebellious worlds. He is represented as a writer by SWA Agency London and has an MA in Scriptwriting.
Jonathan Brigden
Jonathan Brigden has been working in the creative industries for more than 20 years spanning the music, theatre and film industries. In more recent years, Jonathan has been working at Studio Giggle as Managing Director, he creatively directed a number of Giggle’s big multi-discipline live productions from major product launches to entertainment world premieres. He will be applying these skills develop Distortion’s productions.
